We have a strong inventory of castings to service all the popular crushers in our area. You name it we've got it or can get it.

Cone crusher wear parts are cast in a variety of Austenitic Manganese steels from standard 11 – 13%. Manganese grades to 23% Manganese and various Molybdenium and Chromium bearing grades. The Carbon content and heat-treatment cycle are determined by grade and casting section thickness to provide optimum mechanical, work-hardening and wear-resisting properties.

Materials may be customised for specific applications.
